Controlling

1.Review and spot check Staff’s expense reimbursement and travel allowance, make sure all applications are correct and in line with company’s policy

2. Inventory Management (including fixed assets, tools and Uniform) for all subsidiaries in China

3.Monthly highlights to the line manager regarding findings/ suggestions/improvement potentials

Coordination with Company’s Finance Agency

1.Daily payment arrangement through the Agency upon internal authorized approval

2.Coordinate with the Agency for bookkeeping issues

3.Review and comment the finance reports provided by the Agency

4.Make sure all necessary reports are submitted on time

Others

1.Communicate with in-charge tax officer regarding payment to overseas

2. Prepare monthly business review reports for the Management

3.Assist financial data analysis

4.Assist yearly internal/external audit

your ability：

Good command of English in Written and oral

Work well under pressure and have good patient with detail and accuracy oriented

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Must be self-directed and innovative, able to effectively prioritize tasks with good time management skills
