Description: Software Project Manager will manage the development of a smartphone; the major activity covers:

  

1. Functional definition and software validation.

  

2. Host meeting to do technical review when meet bottleneck

  

3. Project review and provide clear and correct report to all involved members and direct the next action

  

4. Detect risk in advance and lead the team to solve/avoid the risk

  

5. Damage control and provide recover plan

  

6. Delivery qualify software on time

  

7. Functional requirements analysis and clarification with product sense

  

8. Communicate with the development and marketing teams to make the expectation clearly and effectively.

  

9. ROM build and release

  

Requirements:

  

1. 4+ years working experience in mobile phone industry, and additional 2+ years in a technical position

  

2. Working in a very challenging environment to achieve the good SW quality

  

3. Ability to take independently responsibility and pressure with proactive and pragmatic; properly handle differences between the team

  

4. Excellent communication/coordination skills in a matrix management structure

  

5. Project planning and development strategy

  

7. Business trip is OK

  

8. Good English (Read/Write/Oral)

  

9. Familiar with Microsoft office tool such as word, excel, project, visio, powerpoint, etc

  

10. Good branding sense on Product
