Reporting to:
Senior Manager of Planning
Travelling:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for capacity planning, plant lay out, productivity improvement
+ Monitor and analyze production data and statistics for efficiency and productivity improvement
+ Promote lean manufacturing to production
+ Provide suggestions to improve OEE
+ Introduce program on cost reduction
+ Lead an IE team to perform motion study and establish standard time
Requirements:
+ University graduated from industrial engineering or related discipline
+ Over 10 year working experience in industrial engineering/ manufacturing engineering (minimum 5 years at managerial level)
+ Experience in Semiconductor industry, resources planning is an advantage
+ Semiconductor industry, module assembly
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
+ Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, spoken in Cantonese is an advantage
+ Computer literate, familiar with MS Window, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCad
