ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Dongguan, Guangdong, China

Reporting to:
Office Manager
Travelling:
Within South & North of China, depending on teh requirement
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Maintenance and development of factory test software for wireless audio products
+ Analysis and problem solving of (pre-)production issues
+ Review and possibly optimization of existing PCB layouts and schematics
+ Execution of various hardware test (e.g. reliability and aging tests)
+ Perform intensive usability test for software controlled devices during and after development
Requirements:
+ College grad or equivalent Graduate degree computer engineering
+ 5-7 years Experience in Firmware Development in ARM / Linux Environment programming
+ Experience with digital audio systems and consumer electronics is a plus
+ Experience in Firmware Development in ARM / Linux Environment
+ Programming language: C and basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g bash script)
+ Organized, methodical, self-motivated and a good communicator
+ Good communication and cooperation ability, team orientated
+ Ability to work independently
+ Flexible and dynamic
+ Motivated to check and learn about the latest AV-Standards
+ Good team work spirit, creative, and self-motivated
+ Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and oral)
+ Creative, pro-active and hands-on working mentality
+ Meticulous and eye-for-details
+ Continuously improvement oriented
+ Loyal
+ Willing to live and work in Dongguan/Tangxia
+ Willing to travel within China.
+ Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
