招聘要求：
Responsibilities:

? Manage the Sales and costing team of the assigned BU
? Ensure AOP sales targets are meet and stretch
? Meet CSAT thru on time delivery and customers expectation
? Act as the bridge between customers and the Business Unit
? Create tight bond between Customer service management and maintain customers
? Manage the sales ops and process from quotations to order processing to meet KPI
? Develop new business from current customers and new customers and assist in group business developing programs
? Provide monthly sales pipeline and opportunities, sales forecast and monitor sales performance
? Improve Sales team performance thru training, coaching, monitoring performance etc ensure on time shipment of orders
? Assist in managing sales A/ R matters


Requirements:
? University graduates in business management or equivalent;
? 8+ years of sales and/or Business Development experience, with proven ability to manage, coach and motivate.
? Familiar with Japanese O/A & LCD customers/products & will be advantage if also familiar with local O/A, LCD and other metal parts.
? Has good working knowledge in metal stamping / tooling highly preferable
? Fluently in Putonghua, English and Japanese;
? Must be able to travel locally and oversea and work extended hours as required.
