项目经理/Project Manager—知名美资制造型企业
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that objectives of the Development Team are linked to organizational strategy, mission, business plans and marketing strategy;
2. Develop timetables and deadlines for the Development Team’s projects and coordinate same with other managers for projects, products, or services that affect more than one work group (i.e., finance, customer support, order fulfillment);
3. Lead the preject core team to solve the problem, get right resources, come up the good direction and take the right efforts to make sure project on track;
4. Develop budget for Development Team’s projects, and authorize expenditures within said budget, recommend and justify expenditures not in approved budget;
5. Deliver development efforts on time and within budget;
6. Assist or intervene, as appropriate, in resolving differences within the Development Team, other work groups, or outside groups (i.e., suppliers, wholesalers, etc.);
7. Implement the most appropriate course of action to solve a problem based on available guidelines (i.e., policy, current procedures) and in cases where policy, current procedures, or past practice is not applicable or is waived;
8. Evaluate the Development Team’s work for quality and strict conformity to marketing plans and adherence to project time schedule coordinate and complete other tasks assigned by supervisor;
9. Prepare reports and communicate the Development Team’s progress through presentations in small groups (less than 10) and large groups (more than 10) settings (i.e., PAC Gate Review, T&C Days, etc.);
10. Ensure accurate documentation of facts that will become part of a permanent record (i.e., project close-out reports, contractual agreements, etc.);
11. Ensure that all gate criteria are prepared in strict accordance with the Value Creation Process. This will ensure that the projects can be accurately evaluated by the Senior Management Team;
12. Track key process parameters related to the assigned projects;
13. Provide on-going coaching and counseling to Development Team members;
14. Provide key performance management input on all Development Team members;
15. Develop performance standards and expectations for Development Team members;
16. Define training/skill requirements for Development team members;
17. Provide key process parameters to the Value Creation Process Manager (i.e., process metrics, adherence, improvements, etc.).
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience;
2. At least 8 years in an organization developing the above-referenced skills;
3. Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision;
4. Manage and execute multiple tasks and ensure that they are completed on time and to strict Value Creation Process standards are mandatory;
5. A high degree of stress tolerance is required;
6. The ability to adapt work practices, priorities, or procedures in response to changing conditions or multiple work demands is essential;
7. The ability to forge a single-purpose commitment from a group of individuals as well as lead and work well with others in a group setting is essential;
8. Require a high level of listening and communication skills;
9. Extract and interpret relevant data from multiple sources is necessary;
10. A high level of planning and organizational skills is required;
11. Business planning and financial and budget management skills are highly desirable;
12. An excellent coach, counselor and motivator.
