某知名外资电子消费品企业诚聘：Senior Electronic Project Engineer/高级电子项目工程师

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review and improve electronic/electric product design, get involve new electronic/electric product development, optimise electronic/electric product cost, set up and continuously improve electronic/electric production line, set up test method and fixture for electronic/ electric test, other activities relate to electronic;
2. Assure electronic/ electric product design is appropriate;
3. Get involve electronic/ electrical production line set up;
4. Assure electronic/ electric product meet sale market’s standard;
5. Serve as key contact person in China for some key projects:
6. Review electronic/ electric product cost and make sure it is reasonable;
7. Assistant Technical project leader for delivery of the project ontime, in budget and to the agreed Quality and COGS;
8. Definition and transfer of best practices on electronic/ electric design & manufacture;
9. Work in partnership with international Multifunctional teams such as Purchasing, Marketing and External Manufacturing to ensure exploitation of new production methods and technologies. Ensure that our suppliers are using the most cost effective production methods (on electronic/ electric product);
10. Written electronic/electric product spec.

Job Requirements:

1. Outstanding electronic/ electric design ability;
2. Strong electronic/ electric manufacturing knowledge;
3. Familiar with various area’s electronic/ electrical standard: e.g. IEC, UL etc;
4. Know how to set up and perform appropriate electronic test;
5. At least 3 years in electronic Engineering position;
6. Fluent spoken English & Mandarine. Other languages an advantage;
7. Track record of delivery, goal oriented, sets clear priorities and meets deadlines;
8. Good negotiating skills, able to align the different interests of internal parties External Manufacturers;
9. Creative and positive attitude, overcomes obstacles, good at problem solving;
10. Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral in English;
11. Works effectively, good at time management;
12. Flexible. Capable of working completely independently, making independent decisions and of being trusted to do the right thing for the company;
13. Know necessary computer knowledge: MS windows, outlook, word, excel, electronic design software is an advantage).
