-Manage COP Projects
-Assist the factory towards compliance

Job Requirement:
-University graduate plus 2-3 years factory working experience in social compliance /HR/ production management
-Problem solving and analytical skills
-Able to gather data, compile information, analysis and provide training to suppliers
-Act as change agent in factory manufacturing
-Good communication skill
-CET Level 6
-Willing to travel
-Proficient in MS office
