职位描述
Responsibilities:-
- Planning and Budgeting
- Develop and implement department budget and plan, and monitor the achievement of the budget; allocate department target to subordinates;monitor their performance in order to achieve targeted department performance.
- Policies and Procedures
- Draft and update department working policies, procedures and processes in order to guide employees' work and improve department efficiency
- People Management and Development
- Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; review and provide timely feedback to direct reports regarding their performance; mentor, develop and motivate them; help resolve people / functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted team performance and retain talent.
- Planning
- Manage forecast (Customer authorize) and monitor order process and production planning;control the materials (order quantity and time) to balance demand, cost and space availability; follow up annual planning including inventory control, STS, STR, booking and billing; coordinate production planning and solve relevant issues in order to achieve the yearly target.
- Purchasing
- Approve PR and inter-company PO in order to meet operation requirements.
- Customer Service
- Track the trend of orders and inform related departments to make preparation including manpower and raw materials;act as a window between customers and factory, coordiante production plan and prepare material;maintain relationship with customers including feedback collection, con-calls preparation and organization, complaints solving during delivery in order to meet customers' requirement.
- TEOA
- Involve and initiate TEOA planning-related project in order to improve process efficiency.
Requirements:-
- Education, Technical Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor degree
- 5 years material management experience / 3 years management experience
- Skillful English
- Personal Attributes & Competencies
- Accountability, customer focus, self-motivated, good communication skills, systematic thinking, result-oriented
