职位描述
1. 会计经理
工作职责:
1.负责管理公司的存货管理、月度结算和财务报表的编制。
2.负责管理公司会计账目处理;
3.负责管理公司的收付账务结算和管理。
4.建立财务管理体系,对预算和费用进行管理和控制。
5.提供其他管理层决策所要求的信息。
6.与政府相关部门保持良好关系。
任职要求:
1.财务本科或以上学历。
2.良好的英语水平,读写流利。
3.7年以上服装鞋类行业或快消行业的财务工作经验,其中3年以上财务管理经验
4.熟悉零售企业财务运作模式,熟悉企业存货流转系统。
5.熟悉国家财经法律法规、税收政策及相关账务处理方法。
6.熟悉ERP系统的操作,对信息系统有深刻的了解。
7.具备财务管理体系建立的经验,能对费用和预算进行合理的控制。
8.良好的沟通能力和敬业精神。

- Performs work in support of brand plans; demonstrates link between daily work and company mission; participates in initiatives, programs or products with moderate visibility
- Ensures actions protect company image and limits risks
- Decisions and actions impacting company image require management oversight and are constrained by policies
Leadership
Minimum Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience
Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs
