ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Routine and monthly closing

• Responsible for daily sales audit report for Greater China stores.
• Responsible for store cashier variance reconciliation and investigation.
• Prepare journal entries on cash/card collection and variance, cash pick up expense, bank charge/interest/ refund.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliation on cash, card, VAT, and cash pick up fee.
• Reconcile the assigned bank statements monthly

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:

§ Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

§ Professional skills on accounting, financial system and Microsoft office.

§ Self-motivated, hard-driven, with earnest desire to learn and grow.

§ Good Chinese and English language skills, both oral and written.

2) Minimum educational level:

§ Bachelor’s degree or above.

3) Minimum experience:

§ 0-2 years finance experience.
