RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Support
  sourcing manager on administration, data analysis, filing, translation,
  RFX/report draft, contract administration and internal/ external
  communication,
• Independently
  lead the sourcing project, including business needs collection, price
  benchmarking, vendor management, process analysis, market and industry
  research, model building, bid, and contract negotiation.
• Operation
  on sourcing system.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Required knowledge, skills & abilities:

   • General understanding of at least 2-3 sourcing categories (e.g. pricing/cost structures, terminology, key vendors, key requirements, typical sourcing levers.)

   • Strong Sourcing skills, including sourcing methodology and process, eSourcing technology, RFX development and management

   • Familiarity with various best practice sourcing approaches and techniques

   • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Excel using pivot tables and various other key Excel functions to analyse, organize and present data

   • Ability to synthesize data, draw conclusion, and make recommendations based on understanding of objectives and requirements

   • Basic to Intermediate negotiation skills

   • Proficiency in at least one eSourcing tool

   • Frequent English and Chinese

2. Minimum Education Level

• Bachelor’s degree

3.  Experience Required

• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience with minimum of 1-3 years in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain
