JOB SUMMARY:

    

This role will help to facilitate the infrastructure work for Merchandising and Buying function as well as close cross functional teams, such as VM, Marketing, Distribution and Inventory Planning teams.

    

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    

• Sample Management, collaborate with VM/Studio with monthly sample sorting, documentation and CFT (Cross Functional Team) sharing.
• Data Management, help Merchandising Manager with data dumping and file organizing at weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• System maintenance, product information entry and update in systems

    

    

QUALIFICATIONS:

    

1)    Required knowledge, skills & abilities:

    

·       Enthusiasm in Fashion/Apparel industry

    

·       Comfortable with minus labor work

    

·       Elementary Microsoft Office Knowledge, Excel and PowerPoint

    

·       Workable English in speaking, writing and listening

    

·       Detail oriented is essential

    

2)    Minimum Education Level

    

• Bachelor degree

    

    

3)    Experience Required

    

·       Retail industry internship experience is a plus
