职位描述

JOB SUMMARY:

To assist the marketing team on daily routine work, including weekly/monthly reports preparation, promotion effectiveness analysis and support ad-hoc request per business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare online marketing purchase orders in Gap system, and proceed with the co-work from cross function teams including legal, finance, IT etc…
Summarize weekly, monthly, quarterly online marketing expense reports.
Manage gift with purchase process with vendor.
Manage weekly traffic report.
Support marketing daily execution including big events for online sites.
Support daily communication with brand marketing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Capable of working and communicating in both Chinese and English
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, PPT & Word
Basic technical PC skills, including the ability to learn technical applications quickly
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Language: Fluency in English
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
