Responsibilities:

1. Ensure and supervise all quality related processes such as non-conformity, internal process and product audit, and corrective action process;

2. Ensure and conduct any potential CAR action (Corrective Action Request) rising from both market and production;

3. Ensure the periodical review and record of all quality related processes in terms of their correct implementation and effectiveness;

4. Supervise IQPC and FQA activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

2. Over 3 years quality engineer experience

3. Understand quality system. Qualified auditor for ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO13485 and ISO14001 is a plus.

4. Good oral and written English.

5. Character of Intense Collaboration, Passionate Customer Focus, and Tenacious Commitment to Continuous Improvement.

3、懂质量系统，ISO9001，TS16949更佳； 

4、熟悉品质工具，FPMEA，MSA，PPAP，SPC，8D； 

5、具备电子产品经验； 

6、具备系统审核和体系审核经验；

Description: 

1.Understands customer requirement, develops and initiates product quality control plan and quality sampling, inspection and testing procedure and standard as per drawings, specifications, schematics, diagrams, written descriptions, layouts or defined plans. 

2.Collects product quality data and continuously improves product quality . Consolidates and reports quality results. 

3.Analyzes Customer complaint, returned products, and corrective action verification and tracking. 

4.Conducts quality roving audit to ensure the product and process safety, quality and quality system availability. 

5.Verifies and qualify new line, equipment and working station. 

6.Accompanies customer audit and follows up quality findings. 

7.Product safety (UL, CCC, etc) compliance internal audit, 3rd body factory audit preparation, accompanying, and action follow up. 

8.Lead team to implement Zero Defect Line with Lean and Six Sigma approach. 

Requirements: 

1. At least 5 years experience of SMT, Hand Load and Box Build manufacturing,should be strong in Quality tools, TS16949 experiences is preferred. 

2. Aggressive in quality improvement and team player. 

3. Fluent English speaking, good English reporting. 

4. Good knowledge of Lean (5Why) preferred to be Six Sigma Green/Black belt. 

5. Strong leadership and ownership.
