Duties:
1.To monitor and deal with the day-to-day customer account issues and report to the Account Manager.
2.To handle customer inquiries, quotation & sample requests, follow up of customer order from order receipt through to shipment.
3.To monitor and control the sales, inventory level, profit margin, account receivable status in relation to individual projects of the responsible customer accounts.
4.To lead efficiently the project team which consists of members from the various departments to progress with project from new product introduction (NPI) to mass production stages.

Experience and Requirement:
1.2 years working experience as sales / project engineer in electronics industry.
2.Experience in customer service, quotation, order processing and project management, preferable with experience in dealing with overseas customers.
3.Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua.
4.Self-motivated, well-organized, attention to details, and customer service orientated.
5.Proficient in MS-Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
