PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Daily Work
1.Co-work with planning & warehouse in reconciling sales order and actul shippment
2.Co-work with customs in reconciling actul shippment, customs decalration and invoice billing
3.Reconcile sales order price, quantity with invoice
4.Invoice verified before generate and billing
5.Invoice billing and Recongnize revenue
6.AR collection and AR statement by customer
7.Incoming payments are posted to the correct customer account and against the correct invoice.
Weekly Work
1.weekly AR aging report and analysis
2.Weekly AR forecast report
Monthly Work
1.Margin & MCOS review
2.Sales & AR report
3.AR aging report and analysis
4.Reconcile sales report with customs report
5.Selling VAT reconcile with TAX account
6.Reconcile Inter-co AR balance
