岗位职责：
1、负责招生工作，组织办公室人员学习国家和省市有关招生政策，提高政策水平；加强政治、业务学习，不断提高思想政治觉悟和办事效率、能力。
2、负责招生工作的计划和安排工作；
3、做好招生广告宣传工作；
4、负责招生工作的管理，招生的报名和录取等工作；
5、招生期间，协助学校领导检查招生点招生情况，现场办公，及时处理有关事宜；
6、招生工作结束，做好工作总结，并对招生工作组织研讨，吸取经验教训，创新发展思路；
7、检查监督下面各招生点工作进度，并向领导汇报；
8、定期举办各招生员经验交流会，并进行评比及制定相关奖罚制度；
9、制定本年度招生工作方案并监督实施；
10、创造良好的招生外部环境；
11、完成学校领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、政治可靠。拥护四项基本原则，热爱职业教育事业；
2、爱岗敬业，忠于职守。具有从事该工作的实践经验，具有一定的组织能力与宣讲能力；
3、身体健康，具有大学本科学历；
4、具有招生、就业、实习指导工作经验；
5、按照业务分工，能独立完成本职工作及上级领导安排的临时工作。
