职责 Responsibilities

1.Collect market information and make acknowledge of customers, analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products to the customers。
2.Execute quotation process from selection, biding, quotation, tracking and signation.
3.Improve the biding and success rate and fulfill sales targets.
4.Manage contract management and ADF to meet customer requirements, based on the Company’s process.
5.Manage the contract after sales and coordinate customer and fulfillment departments based on the sales contract.
6.Acknowledge and feedback the progress in time and accurately. Control inventory.
7.Be responsible for AR for sales part.
8.Regulate, manage and develop agencies.
9.Complete other related jobs from Sales Supervisor.

1.收集市场信息、了解客户情况、分析客户需求、向客户推荐合适产品。
2.执行公司销售报价流程，进行项目的甄别、投标、报价和跟踪，直至签约。
3.提高投标率和中标率，完成公司下达的销售指标。
4.严格按照公司销售流程进行合同处理，根据合同填写ADF表等，以保证符合客户要求。
5.负责合同售后处理，根据销售合同协调客户与生产及安装等有关部门之间的联系。
6.及时准确地了解和反馈已签合同的现场进展，控制库存。
7.货款回笼、催讨应收帐款。
8.规范、管理和发展代理商。
9.完成销售主管交办的其它与业务相关的工作。

要求 Requirements

1.Bachor degree or above, engineering major preferred.
2.Be familiar with PC skills.
3.Be careful, repsonsible and team work.
4.Good communication and coordination ability.
5.Be familiar with E&E trade and have knowledge in E&E.
6.Be mature and work carefully.
7.Good learning ability and positive.
1.本科以上学历，工科专业优先；
2.熟练的电脑操作技能;
3.认真,仔细,有责任心,团队意识；
4.具备良好的沟通和协调能力；
5.熟悉电梯行业，对电梯知识有一定的了解；
6.成熟稳重，工作认真细心；
7.良好的学习能力以及开拓进取的精神。
