Customer Service 计划部客服专员
Job descriptions:
1. Schedule daily & monthly production build plan;
2. Release production order & track MFG execution status;
3.Interlock with procurement to chase & expedite material shortage;
4. Interlock with Marketing Advocate to prioritize urgent order ;
5. Close communication with MFG, Engineer., QA, WH to ensure timely input & output & expedite;
6. Deal with production related problems.
Job requirements:
1. College graduated or above;
2. Good command of English both in written and oral;
3. Knowledge of MRP is required, Macola knowledge preferred ;
4. 3-5 years working experience in production & material planning preferred;
5. Able to work under pressure;
6. Team work spirit & good interpersonal communication skill;
7. Act as customer service.
