Lean Engineer 1
Job description:
1. Conduct training on Lean Manufacturing System or Lean tools. /负责精益生产相关知识的培训。
2. Conduct Kaizen and coach colleagues from related department to do Kaizen and solve problems in operation, supply chain and office area. /负责推行生产线,供应链及办公流程的改善，指导其他部门同事进行改善。
3. Drive monthly Kaizen activities and following up problems encountered. /负责推行每月改善活动并且跟进相关问题。
4. Base on company value flow to figure out operation problems and propose Kaizen suggestions. /以公司价值流为基础，发现公司运作中的问题并提出改善建议。
5. Implement or drive Lean activities of all departments. /协助和推动精益生产活动在公司其他部门有效开展。
6. Deliver requested Kaizen reports. /制作相关改善报告。
7. Translate the English Lean training materials provided by Flextronics GBE and make Lean training materials in Chinese. /根据伟创力GBE提供的英文精益生产培训材料翻译并且制作中文精益生产培训材料。
8. Assists to conduct Lean promotion activities. /协助开展公司各种精益生产推广活动。
9. Update company Lean Manufacturing Procedure and Lean Guide Line. /制作和更新公司精益生产程序文件及精益生产手册。

Job requirements:
1. College graduated or above. /大专毕业或以上。
2. Complete Lean knowledge training. / 受过精益知识培训。
3. Good communication skill with all level people. / 良好的沟通能力
4. Good English reading and writing ability./ 良好的英语读写能力，
5. Proficient on Lean tools．/精通Lean相关改善工具。
6. Above 6 years work experience in Lean or relative. / 6年以上精益生产或相关工作经验。


Lean Engineer 2

Job description:
