IE1
Job description:
1. Support supervisor and manager to improve line productivity and efficiency, line layout design and setup.
2. Driving headcount optimization, material flow and line balancing.
3. Establish and maintain IE standards, like standard time, productivity, space utilization, facility and line design.
4. Direct labor cost reduction.
5. NPI project introduction.

Job requirements:
1. >3 years work experience on IE field in electric manufacturing.
2. Bachelor degree or above.
3. Experience in industrial engineering, power supply manufacturing experience is preferred.
4. Good communication skill and able to coordinate project across different departments.
5. Good English skill on reading and writing, well speaking is preferred.


IE2
Job Description:
1. Support manager to improve line productivity and efficiency, line layout design and setup.
2. Driving headcount optimization, material flow and line balancing.
3. Establish and maintain IE standards, like standard time, productivity, space utilization, facility and line design.
4. Direct labor cost reduction.
5. Make sure projects are executed on time within the approved budget and resources.

Job requirements:
1. >4 years work experience on IE field in electric manufacturing.
2. Bachelor degree or above.
3. Experience in industrial engineering, power supply manufacturing experience is preferred.
4. Good technical knowledge and hands on experience in plant re-layout, line productivity improvement and new project quotation etc.
5. Strong execution ability to get the work done within target, time and budget.
6. Good communication skill and able to coordinate project across different departments.
7. Good English skill on reading and writing, well speaking is preferred.
