Supply Chain Manager

General Purpose:
Responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. Responsible for managing and overseeing the methods and processes in support of both new and existing products.


Principle Accountabilities:
? Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
? Reviews materials related data analyses.
? Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives.
? Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
? Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
? Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flextronics's financial competitiveness.
? Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.


Job Requirements *
1. Fluent verbal English commanding is needed for the job.
2. Strong communication skill
3. Minimum 8 years experience at various components procurement
4. Excellent skill of using excel is a plus for the position
