POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- 负责所辖商品类(女装或奢侈品或珠宝类)的招商管理工作，能按公司品牌要求在规定时间内完成新项目招商工作；
- 根据新项目整体规划和布局，制定区域的平面规划、布局，品牌组合；
- 门店整体经营业绩分析及市场调研，为业务调整提供依据，对门店业改方案给予建议；
- 掌握供应商、新品牌以及其它购物中心的动态及变化，联系品牌供应商，推荐引进与集团门店合作。

- 具有丰富的商品知识并熟悉行业资讯。
- 有很好的激励、沟通、协调、团队领导能力，责任心强，具有良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守。

Due to expansion, we are currently seeking highly driven individuals to act as Recruitment Researchers/Talent Finders to help our clients recruit top caliber executives for their organizations. Working as a Recruitment Researcher/Talent Finder, located in either Shanghai or Beijing, (we have vacancies in both locations) the role encompasses working as part of a dedicated team comprising both Consultants and Researchers who are responsible for finding, evaluating and short listing candidates to fill exciting employment opportunities with our established client base.

We are looking for ambitious individuals who are capable of delivering a high quality service to multinational clients. Applicants should be educated to degree level.
