Job Responsibilities:







Monitor suppliers in compliance with the Gap's code of vendor conduct and relevant legal requirements



Partner and support suppliers to formulate effective action plans to overcome issues found in their organizations



Educate and influence suppliers to establish and maintain sound preventive measures to sustain the compliance performance



Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders



Requirements:







University graduate with 2-4 years' relevant working experience



Experience in US Buying Office is definite advantage



Work with high integrity, proactive, and self-discipline



Enthusiastic, team player and can take on pressure



Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills



Proficient in both Mandarin & English



Frequent travels
