Position Summary:

In the position of Product Manager SCC he is responsible for one product line of Munters SCC products (humidifiers/dehumidifiers/heaters or coolers). He/she has responsibility in giving support to Sales within SCC Business Area. He/ she follows global, ecological and legislative trends together with needed certifications to allow product sales or strategic changes, in close cooperation with R&D/Operations and other existing Product Managers or Regional Tech PM in the Business Area, directly reporting to the Director of Product Management SCC. He/she is responsible for correct Product benchmarking and assigned Product Portfolio Management. He/she is a true cross-functional, actively contributing to ideas for new products and clearly controlling different Product life phases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities as SCC Product Manager for one Product Line:

1. Internal follow-up of growth initiatives
2. Support of R&D before and during design phase with added value ideas
3. Support and cooperation with PMO when involved in important projects
4. Develop Value Chain strategy in cooperation with all SCC Product Management team
5. Product Certifications Ownership and Management on Product Line assigned
6. Product Technical Information Ownership and Management (EQLs and Operating Manuals) in cooperation with Marketing and R&D
7. Support and cooperation with Marketing on Products Technical communication
8. Possible Educational trainings to be followed on Project/Product Management
9. Creation and management of Business Cases to be approved by Product Boards
10. Product Marketing and Competition Benchmarking
11. Assigned Product Portfolio Management
12. Projects follow up
13. Customer and Sales Bus support relationship
14. After Sales support to SCC Sales Bus
15. Technical Training to colleagues and customers( Large Accounts)


Profile Required:

1. Degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent experience
2. Possible experience in product management, R&D, Engineering or Sales
3. Possible experience in HVAC products, refrigeration or dehunidification
4. International work experience is a plus
5. Proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus
6. Excellent interpersonal skill and understanding of culture difference
7. Team player
8. Self starter
9. Analytical and well organized
10. Customer oriented
11. Must have strong experience in Project management, possible previous experience in Product management.
