我们的客户是韩国某大型集团下的一个上市分公司，主要从事影院开设与经营业务。
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1、本职工作（基于总部运营管理的前提下对影城卖品工作的职掌）：
（1）按照运营部整体年度预算计划，追踪辅导各影城完成卖品销售的目标，提升影城收入；
（2）建立并维护各影城卖品部的商品结构和价格体系，通过成本分析，努力将成本率水平控制在合理范围；
（3）建立并完善卖品部的管理体系和操作流程，并建设具备可操作性的监督机制；
（4）制定、组织、落实、监督全国公司的年度性卖品经营及促销计划，充分利用各种资源，提升卖品部的经营业绩及利润水平
2、与开业支持PART的协作：
（1）规划并完善影城卖品部、操作间及相关仓库的设备设施摆放、定位，在符合公司的设计要求的前提下，实现美观、易用，便于维护的目标；
（2）协助开业支持团队和新影城经营团队完成对新开业影城卖品部设计，设备需求的建议、要求及影城卖品部与当地供应商的谈判与确认
3、与采购PART的协作：
（1）通过调研与比较，优胜劣汰，不断开发符合影城和观众需求的卖品部产品；
（2）卖品全国性供应商的谈判和引入
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1、 大专及以上学历，食品类相关尤佳；
2、 3-5年连锁零售行业卖品管理经验；
3、 优秀的策划、分析、管理及追踪能力；
4、 能承受一定的工作压力；
5、 有供应链管理经验者尤佳
