To strengthen our powertrain team in China and help our clients deliver their key projects, we are looking for Fuel

Responsibilities

? Develop the technical solutions for complex systems and components that meet all functional and business objectives.

Ensure technical integrity as well as standardization of design, process and validation.

? Responsible of related System and Components design & process validation definition (DVP/R and AQP), Lead to review CFD, FEA, GD&T, FMEA, 8D and automotive product development process. etc.

? To support his/her System & Components programs development and local vehicle launch, on time, on budget.

? Support Engineering documents: Timing; Bill of Materials; Design changes and Product Data Management; Release source package and support sourcing activities; Support internal and external technical reviews and audits.

? Support fuel system related safety, CCC regulation and homologation.

? Support a multi-functional team in problem resolving. Support functional groups both internal and external.

? Liaise with JV to support launch & ensure issues to be fixed on time with quality according to milestone deliverables.

? Lead the fuel system related components competency building and its knowledge sharing, also include manufacturing process of fuel tank, fuel delivery module, fuel filler pipe, canister, etc.

? Support global team the development of design guideline, best practices and spec harmonization.

? In change of related fuel system components patent activity.

? Follow carefully APAC regulations, and support to give out related components technical solutions.

Profile

In order to fulfil the role, we are looking for talented candidates with the following profile:

? BS above degree in Mechanical/Engine/Vehicle Engineering.

? More than 1 years’ experience in Fuel System design and release.

? Component and System Integration proficiency.

? Execution of Functional Area.

? CPCP management. Program mgmt skills, manage the process of development and validation, monitor program

timing.

? Manufacturing Process Knowledge / Skills.

? Ability to coordinate and negotiate acceptable tradeoffs/conflicts between teams.

? Strong Multi-Level Communication / Networking Skills. Also, leading a multi-functional team in problem resolving.

? Product development tools and methods proficiency.

? Supplier management skills, Lead AQP meeting and technical review with supplier.

? Fluent in both oral and written English.

? Excellent team worker.
