China Position: Senior QA Engineer （高级QA工程师/驻东莞长安办公室）
You will mainly work with quality assurance on products purchased by Scanditoy AB from China. The work is planned together with Q-manager in Sweden and from this you make your own planning. You report directly to Q-manager in Sweden.

Responsibilities:
Final Quality Inspection (FQI):
1.In cooperation with Category in Sweden -Prepare specific inspection checklist for new item if needed or prepare signed sample.
2.Follow up that FQI according to Scanditoy request is requested in time for delivery by our suppliers from our 3’rd party partner.
3.Review inspection result and
**Approve shipment or issue rework
**Update checklist and instruction to supplier according to FQI findings.

Code of Conduct – ICTI:
1.Follow up that suppliers have valid CoC(ICTI) certificate and update BRIO database.
2.Follow up CAP from CoC audits at suppliers
3.Notify Sweden about non compliances.
4.Arrange audits by Scanditoy partner if the supplier does not have a valid ICTI or CoC.

Test and Documentation:
1.Follow up that samples are sent for testing in time
2.Help Sweden to chase documents requested according to New Toy Safety Directive
3.Factory Quality Audit (FQA):
4.Upon request from Sweden plan and follow up FQA performed by 3’rd party

Quality problems / delivery problems:
1.Visit supplier to follow up specific problems and delays
2.Coordinate quality issue with Sweden and manufacturer to resolve any quality issue identified and drive for improvement
3.Act as support to Category team for production monitoring and report.

Requirement:
*At least 5 years related working experience on QA/QC field in field related to Quality Assurance/Inspection/Testing for Toys
*Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese,
*Knowledge and experience of toy safety standards and product testing such as requirements in New Toy Safety Directive.
*Knowledge and experience of environmental requirements for Europe such as REACH and RoHS.
*Experience and used to make weekly reporting.
*Minimum College or above Graduation
*Strong sense of responsibility and creativity.
*Used to work with MS Office,
