Manage customer base and territory by promoting our core line of the products to distributors and major customers

Identify qualified, potential customers within the territory to increase sales and distribution coverage, where needed

Effectively manage sales in territory with a focus on sales target achievement

Develop a target account list in each territory and review progress on a regular basis

Motivate and train distributor sales force to successfully promote and sell HüPPE products

Responsibly manage inventories and the assets base required to support and grow the business in the designated territory

Develop agreed upon budgets and review results and expectations

Contribute to the overall Company morale through clear and positive communication, expectations, exchange and support of Company-wide objectives

Provide feedback and supply information regarding new products or general Industry intelligence
