Education and experience:
- Degree in Engineering(Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
- Minimum 5 years in Facilities and Plant Maintenance in managerial position
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Good knowledge and experience in HVAC systems,building maintenance and safety management
- Strong project management planning and skills
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Good knowledge of legal requirement in Building Construction in Guangdong
Technical expertise: - Acknowledge of Mechanical Engineering , Building Service, Plant maintenance
Computer skill: - Skillful use of Office and CAD software
Language: Fluent spoken and written English
Responsibility:
1.Monitor and improve key performance indicators and create opportunities for improvement (55%)
- Establish preventive maintenance plan for all facilities, building and technical installations
- Develops effective and attainable work programs
2.Oversee and lead a team in facilities, building (25)
- Define kPI of facilities management
- Report for failure analysis and derive corrective action
3.Co-ordination with outsource suppliers (20%)
- Budget estimation and Evaluation of working method
