PRIMARY DUTIES

1. Perform general receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and guests, handling incoming calls, courier and mailing arrangement

2. Co-ordinate reservation of transportation, conference rooms

3. Provide general clerical and administrative support, including petty cash

4. Assist in ad hoc duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

l Fluent in English speaking.

l College or above.

l Good oral communication and interpersonal skills.

l At least 1 year's secretarial/clerical experience or equivalent skills and abilities.

l Self-motivated, pleasant peasant personality and mature

l Team work, proactive, detail minded and able to work under pressure
