2. 开发并筛选有效的招聘渠道,并对其效果进行评估,拟定后期服务合作方向;

3. 全面负责公司及一线员工的招募,规范健全人才甄选办法,开发各种招聘方法,满足公司

人员需求;

4. 其它与招聘相关的业务；

5. 其他人事相关辅助工作.

任职要求：

1、人力资源相关专业尤佳

2、3年以上HR相关经验,至少2年零售行业招聘经验

3、细心、认真，愿意承受较大压力及可在快节奏的环境中工作

4、对行业招聘市场了解、能维护及开发不同招聘渠道

5、有校园招聘经验优先
