岗位职责：

1、负责店铺各级职位的招聘工作，熟悉当地相关职位的薪酬范围；

2、熟悉劳动法及当地法律法规，负责处理员工关系；

3、与各部门保持良好关系，协调各项工作；

4、上级安排的其他工作

任职要求：

1. 专科及以上学历，人力资源管理等相关专业为佳

2. 3年以上工作经验，零售行业为佳

3. 熟悉相关劳动法律法规，具备良好的英语听说读写能力

4. 熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和手段，较好的简历鉴别、面试和人才评估技巧,有校招经验及渠道者优先

5. 工作态度积极，责任心强；认真、细致,有较强的亲和力，良好的人际关系处理能力、书面及语言表达能力和沟通能力

6. 熟练使用相关办公软件
