East China business is very critical for us, so we need a qualified team leader to take care of the related market, take the responsibility of east China sales target .He/she will lead, coach and manage a sales team with 5-6, forecast and deliver team revenue, meet target that company assigned in order to pledge the regional business growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Team productivity

· Accurate forecast and delivery

· Run Business with plan and based on analysis.

· Hard working and timely review

· Communication skill and team work

· Daily BD 

· No individual quota / only team quota

REQUIREMENTS

· At least 8 years with leading more than 3 sales staff

· Strong sales experience in B2B environment or services/consulting industry

· Above 10 years sales experience and at least 5 years with perfect sales recorder

· Bachelor degree in information/ law / business management preferred

· Basic Oral communication and good English written skill

· Occasional domestic travel

· Strong people management skills

工作时间：周一~周五，9AM-6PM，周末双休
