Provide quality guideline to all QA & Factory Assigned QC.
Provide technical advices to QA & Factory Assigned QC.
Establish control systems to ensure Salesman samples, Approval samples, and Pre-production samples are obtained on time and meet all specifications.
Set up proper approval reporting / tracking system for all the samples.
Monitor productions closely and provide technical support when need to ensure quality meets specifications and that there is no quality claim.
Problem shooting.
Fill out inspection report in every production stage.
Obtain accurate information from merchandisers.
Communicating proactively, effectively and as often as necessary with all personnel in the QA and Merchandising Team.
Follow-up on all production and keep merchandising team informed the progress.
Review all shipment samples and comment if any to ensure our QA often keep good quality of work.
Develop methods, Technical support and procedures to reduce manufacturing costs and/or improve quality levels & production efficiency.
Establish a good relationship with factory to facilitate problem solving and effective.
Give trainings and guidance to QA staff to ensure they are able to perform their responsibility.


8-10 years of experience in garment and/or fabric quality management
