职位描述:

1.Structure and execute international deals, including strategic investment, merger and acquisition, joint venture, and equity and debt financing. Evaluate potential targets, formulate deal structure, negotiate term sheet, conduct due diligence, draft and review transactional documents and lead the project execution process;

2.Responsible for post-investment management and facilitate integration between the portfolio companies and the Group’s business units;

3.Oversee corporate governance and compliance matters; prepare corporate approval documents;

4.Manage outside counsels and work closely with internal business team.

职位要求:

1.A minimum six to seven years (PQE) experience in overseas investment, merger and acquisition and financing projects, either from a reputable international law firm, VC/PE fund or corporation;

2.Working level knowledge regarding corporate governance, employee stock incentive plans and transaction related cross-border tax issues;

3.Solid technical skills, strong business sense and good negotiation skills;

4.Leadership potential, positive working attitude and good team working spirit.

5.Bar qualification; LLM or JD degree.
