职位描述:
1、Manage our user community by responding to inquiries and leading discussions.
2、Monitor and promote the DAU of our online community: organize an event, host a debate, do anything necessary and appropriate to light it up.
3、Identify key issues bothering our contractors that we can solve, and make sure they had solved!
4、Be our communication strategist: you need to know what to tell and when to tell our news & updates.
5、Copywrite our communications content: make it correct and fun.
6、Train our non-native English-speaking colleagues on written English: we do not want you to copywrite every piece of email.
职位要求:
1、Bachelor degree or equivalent.
2、Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3、You have a ton of initiative and want a “seat at the table” in managing our contractor community.
4、Excellent presentation and communication skills.
5、You have a hands-on approach – no task too small, no deadline too tight, no contractor too tough.
