职位描述:
1、Conceptualize and create program to attract musical talents of each local market；
2、Responsible for acquiring Original Music Content Producers/Talent for Tik Tok；
3、Negotiate acquisition / partnership agreements with key producers and talents；
4、Develop content guidelines in accordance to local media regulation & app’s technical requirement for original content producers/talent；
5、Review content daily to make sure all contents are in accordance with guidelines；
6、Develop remuneration models for Original Music Content Producers/Talent.
职位要求:
1、Minimum 3 years of experience in music, entertainment, media industry;
2、Strong connection with the local music community (independent music labels,music production houses, publishers, artist managers, talent agencies, music schools, DJs, etc.) ;
3、Familiar with the digital music eco-system.
