职位描述:
1、Executing communications strategies and programmes for Bytedance and its products
2、Work closely on regional communications support for key global markets that Bytedance's products are operating in, including spearheading PR campaigns, enhancing product education among media outlets, managing media narratives
3、Drive programming that supports Bytedance and its product mission and commitment to community building, including support for new features and initiatives
4、Work closely with external PR agencies to lead PR campaigns, source speaking opportunities, and prepare spokespeople
5、Cross-functional efforts: Work closely with various Bytedance product teams and external agencies to drive proactive campaigns
6、Work closely with members of the business and product teams on communications related campaigns and initiatives, including in areas related to partnerships, product, operations and marketing opportunities
7、Work as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
职位要求:
1、Bachelor’s degree
2、5+ years work experience in communications, marketing, journalism or related field
3、Experience with strategic and product communications
4、Experience in project management or programs
5、Experience with product launches
6、Experience working in social media, Internet, Technology or relevant PR industries
7、Experience in consumer technology or consumer products
8、Experience working in cross-border, multi-cultural environment is preferred
