Job duties
-Answer all incoming calls
-Take down messages for all staff when required
-Record staff's late attendance & sick day accumulation
-Connect IDD calls for buyers or visitors when required
-Assist in scheduling the pick-up / delivery service and inform driver
-Prepare driver's expense form
-Be alert of any strangers loitering in the reception area
-Assist HR Manager / HR & Admin Officer to update charts / typing documents / filing when required
-Consolidate whereabout chart daily
-Programming of access cards
-Manage meeting rooms'keys
-Stationary ordering coordination
-Book air-tickets for team members and do monthly check with travel agency
-Book hotel rooms in HK & Australia for team members
-Ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements:
- 1 year relevant experience
- college degree or above
- Good interpersonal skills in English and Chinese, both writing and conversation
- Ability to plan and organize task effectively and efficiently.
- Strong PC knowledge of Microsoft Office
