1. Be responsible for    operation management of certain production line to complete the production    targets with regards to both quantity and quality within the safety    requirements as well.

2. Ensure safety and quality standards/systems are well understood and    implemented in responsible production line.

3. Ensure that SOP are understood and well implemented.

4. Ensure the staffs of the section are well arranged.

5. Work with Technical Center to make sure the machineries and equipments    are running with a clean and good condition, and ensure the effective    implementation of AM & PM.

6. Lead the trials of new products, materials and equipment.

7. Identify and lead the implementation of Productivity Improvement Projects

8. Build effective team to ensure positive moral, high working efficiency,    strong team work and commitment to business results.

9. Drive capability building for all employees including process, quality,    safety and equipment, etc., to ensure all employees have qualified skills and    knowledge to fulfil their job responsibilities. 

10. In charge of IL6S implementation and progress, master of related    systems, concept and methods

11. Perform other relevant job responsibilities as per QPE’s & SSE    requirement.

12. Drive Loss reduction through Loss Analysis and Loss Elimination    activities

13. Drive Labor productivities improvement through line crews and process    optimization

14. Know the legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise    questions and concerns when faced with, or you learn of, an ethical or    compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.

任职要求：

Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical Engineering or Food science.

2-5 years of working experience in    multinational foreign enterprises, in food manufacturing industry will be    preferred.

Strong sense for Safety, Quality and Cost management, willing to invest    high efforts to achieve excellent goals

Reliable, ambitious and self-organizing, used to work under    pressure

Be familiar with food production technology

Solid experience in Lean/TPM/ 6 sigma/IE management

Good knowledge of Cost & planning controlling, engineering and    operation of assembly processes

Strong project management experience.

Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills 

Strong business acumen and organization agility

Good computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook
