？ A Global Leading Building Material Company

Mission:
？ Lead the supply chain function of Manufacturing entities & sales company, responsible for related KPI objective’s realization & continuous improvement of performance.

Responsibility
？ Work together with category managers for sourcing strategy’s implementation, sourcing solution’s set-up, implementation & continuous optimization, suppliers’ management (evaluation, selection, improvement, etc.), in order to ensure reasonable cost & continuous reduction.
？ Coach entities’ purchasing activities (Purchasing planning, Ordering, Materials pull-in, etc.), to meet direct materials & indirect materials’ requirements with an efficient way.
？ Coordinate supplier quality management activities, to ensure sustainable delivery, stable supplier’s quality performance with continuous improvement
？ Coach entities’ warehouse operating, to ensure right warehousing & accuracy of inventory, and coordinate / drive inventory reduction & materials turns improvement activities.
？ Supply chain related System/tools’ implementation & utilization (ERP, BISM, ISMS, Seamless platform etc.)
？ Manage the implementation of Procurement & supply chain guideline, policy, processes, ensure the conformance.
？ Supply chain data tracking and analysis, and regular reporting.

Qualifications:
？ 10+ years of experience in manufacturing procurement & Supply Chain, 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Procurement manager’s role.
？ Experience in the role with Multiple entities’ SCM / Procurement responsibility will be plus.
？ Well understand the logic of MRP running, and practically experienced in ERP application is necessary.
？ Practical and hands-on working style with analytic & logic thinking
？ Results oriented, self-motivation, Good communication.
？ Experience in related industry & Mechanical Engineering education background is preferable
？ Able & Willing to travel frequently
