About this Sales role:

This role will work in China sales team of a world leading software consulting and engineering service provider and achieves sales results which are aligned with the corporate goals. Initiative, sense of competitive drive, and the capability to stay results driven despite changing conditions are the keys to accomplish KPIs of this position. As industry environment changes rapidly, sales work involves innovation and creativity in generating ideas that lead to win-win result for both the corporate and the customers.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Develops sales leads in existing customers or potential customers

?Secures sales leads by working with presales and engineering departments

?Set sales goals, develops sales strategy and do sales forecasting for customers

?Maintains customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers

?Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing proposal, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin

?Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

?Assist and collaborate with all marketing activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

?Bachelor Degree or above in software or business majors, learning experience in North America or EU is preferred

?5 years or above related working experience in Chinese branches of MNCs

?Deep understanding of both western culture and Chinese culture

?Strong English communication skill, native English speaker is preferred

?Strong PPT writing and presentation skill

?Proven available networking and channels with MNCs
