职责RESPONSIBILITIES

1、 负责公司前台来访客户接待，引导入坐，通知被访人员，将客人引入相关区域。

Reception & provide logistic service such as greeting visitors , informing the visited personnel, directing persons to correct destination

2、 负责公司总机接听及转接、记录并转达相关信息及留言，热情、礼貌回复客户电话咨询。

Answer telephone, screen and direct calls , take and relay messages, provide information to callers

3、 保持维护好接待区整洁卫生

Tidy and maintain the reception area

4 、提供一般行政服务，如收发传真、协助各部门文档复印
General administrative and clerical support such as receive faxes, photocopy

5、负责公司文具需求统计及申购；

Orders office suppliers

6、 负责公司员工及客户机票，酒店预定及交通安排

In charge of company and client’s flight booking ,hotel booking and transportation arrangement

7、 行政部安排的其它临时工作。

Other temporary work arranged by HR/admin department

8、 销售部商务联络及事务助理

In charge of commercial contact and assists sales department affairs.

知识及技能KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

学历、专业、资格证书Education、Major、Formal qualifications:

大学学历，主修行政管理、文秘或公关。六级英语水平。

University bachelor degree with the major of administration management, secretary or public relations. CET Band-6 is a must.

经验Experience:

对行政管理及礼仪有深刻的认识。

Deep acquaint with admin management and etiquette.

技能Skills:

计算机Word Excel 操作熟练。对复印机，传真机正确使用及维护。

Familiar with office software Word, Excel. Able to use duplicating machine, fax machine and know to maintain them.

语言Language:

良好英语口语和读写能力。清晰的书面和口头表达能力。

Good English in oral, reading and writing. Vivid self-expression in oral and writing.
