Secretary to Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role.
In this role, you will:
-Assist Branch Manager to handle external relations with local governmental authorities and regulators.
-Assist Branch Manager to proactively maintain and manage relationship with media.
-Assist Branch Manager in the expansion of HSBC service distribution channel.
-Assist Branch Manager in advertising and promotion activities at branch level.
-Assist Branch Manager in ad hoc projects of the branch.
-To provide daily secretarial support to BM and administrative support to other staffs
to facilitate a smooth, efficient and effective operations of the Branch.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-University graduate or above
-At least 2 years of secretary experience
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Good analytical skills & common sense
-Fluent spoken and written English- Good sales sense and selling skills
