职位描述
职位：采购员（采购/财产管理/分析）Purchasing / Assets Control / Analysis
工作职责：
1、 负责采购生产所需物料，制作及管理PO；
2、 负责开发及进行供应商维护，定期对供应商进行评估；
3、 负责跟进并控制物料的回货期，并及时反馈信息给相关部门
4、 负责调查分析市场行情，对供应商的报价进行审核；
5、 根据工程师和客户要求，选择采购对象和途径；
6、 对采购物料的异常、退(补)货、特采(扣款)事宜的处理，确保公司利益；
7、 能结合生产需要制定月度或季度采购计划，优化核心产品的库存管理；
8、 与PMC共同对模具进行跟踪和管理；
9、 每月按照美国要求制作分析报告；
10、 完成上级主管交付的其他任务。
职位要求：
1、 企业管理或物流管理专业，大专或以上学历；
2、 从事采购职位3年或以上，熟悉合金玩具车行业优先；
3、 必须具备成本意识，能分析和审核报价单；
4、 具备较强的判断力，有主见，能独立开展和完成自身工作；
5、 有责任感和强烈的时间观念，必须保证按时按质按量完成采购任务；
6、 具备良好的口头表达和沟通能力，能与各个环节的供应商进行沟通和协调；
7、 能熟练运用OFFICE办公软件，制作图表；
8、 能看懂英文邮件，并与美国同事主动沟通，口语流利者优先；
9、 强势、有魄力，具备团队合作精神。
公司待遇：
1、 工作时间1：五天八小时，视工作繁忙程度加班调休，员工需以完成工作任务为提前。
工作时间2：六天7.5小时，视工作繁忙程度加班调休，员工需以完成工作任务为提前。
2、 工作地点1：南城鸿禧中心。每周需有一天在石排仓库工作。
工作地点2：石排办公室。每周需有一天在南城工作。
3、 试用期：3个月。顺利通过试用期者按照国家规定购买社保和住房公积。
4、 假期：按照国家规定的法定假期放假，长假期需要轮班；入职超过1年者，有带薪年假五天，年假不能与任何法定假期连放。
5、 薪资：面谈 （不包吃住，3000元/月或以上）
