Merchandiser, Underwear

JOB PURPOSE

To work in a merchandising team to support Pre & Post-order include sampling,

production follow up, quality coordination, shipment follow-up, organizing all

correspondences with the factories and business unit and ensure information are given

to all relevant parties for shipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Order receiving & pre-production meeting with suppliers

· Sampling, approvals, bulk production, inspection & shipment tracking

· Negotiate FOB with suppliers

· Coordinate with QC about production inspection

· Communicate with business and suppliers on daily basis

· Update system on sampling/production/shipment schedules & reports

· To escort business units in sourcing trips whenever required

JOB REQUIREMENT

· College Degree or above with at least 3-4 years working experience (in a Leading Factory or Foreign Representative Buying office)

· Experience in Garment & Textile Merchandising/Production

· Fair Understanding of garment manufacturing procedures

· Good in spoken and written English

· Computer literacy in MS Office

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work under pressure

· Excellent planning, coordination, attention to details, well organized.
