Job Description:

- Work with designers proactively on sketches, specs, materials, colorways, aesthetics, and constructions, work with technicians on paper patterns, lasts, blue prints and fit and line comment corrections, supervise factory sampling centre on material and component tracking and sampling and correction progress to ensure protos, lots samples and AD samples are presented fitly and timely ( KPI: 95% on time delivery).

- Provide knowledgeable suggestions to designers and factories which are suitable to the trend of the brand, reduce the number of needed presentations and corrections and develop the products towards to the target FOB.

- Coordinate with Costing team by providing correct samples and calendar on time to enable costing to cost out the shoes accurately and timely.

- Work with Material Dept. for any new material development

- Work with production for material swatch books and confirmation sample handover.

Requirement:

- Tertiary education

- Min 8 years experience in footwear business including 2 years in managerial position

- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Communicate directly with US

- Knowledge in women shoes materials, construction & manufacturing process a must.
