职位描述:About Our Client


Our client is an International Beauty Group with more then 100 years of history, which is having an exponential increase in China.


Job Description


Operations:



  • Develop digital strategy and sales plans for China ecommerce sales, strictly maintain and implement key digital events as defined in the digital calendar


  • Develop China digital social media strategy to align with key digital marketing campaigns and offline events


  • Report sales performance as required


  • Grow digital sales in China as aligned with the annual budget and agreed KPI's


  • Establish and follow process to ensure sales and account enquiries are responded to within a timely manner


  • Complete regular product range reviews with ecommerce customers and distributors, keep ahead of current digital trends


  • Recommend new product development for on-promotion and off-promotion products


  • Follow company procedures on pricing, trading terms, expense claims etc.


  • Work closely with the China sales team, marketing and global brand teams to fully utilize company resources and initiatives

Customer:



  • Build the profile of the Beauty Group and establish relationships across China with current and potential customers and distributors


  • Understand the China ecommerce market, competitors and trends, share this information with the broader of the Beauty Group


  • Discuss sales plans with customers and distributors to achieve sales targets, implement these plans

Financial Management:



  • Assist in the development of digital sales budgets for the China market, act to achieve them


  • Contribute to tight expense control

Growth:



  • Conduct research to understand the premium and mass digital markets in China, share this information


  • Assist in the development of China market plans with the product team, including product ranging and pricing


  • Identify digital growth opportunities for the China market and take prompt action to capture them


  • Stay in tune with what is happening in online and offline retail markets in China

People:



  • Support others in performing their roles by demonstrating an attitude of responsiveness and collaboration


  • Provide support to staff by communicating expectations, sharing information, recognizing contributions, supporting initiatives, timely feedback and addressing issues


  • Support the constructive resolution of broader business issues

The Successful Applicant



  • 3 to 5 years' experience dealing with online retail platforms in mainland China with proven sales results


  • Experience within the beauty industry is a bonus


  • Key account management experience


  • Strong customer service, negotiation and business development skills


  • Mature, hardworking, sales oriented and aggressive


  • High level of communication and intercultural skills (fluency in English and Mandarin is a must)


  • Numerically intelligent with good presentation


  • Ability to take the lead as well as follow current processes


  • Ability to work autonomously
